During Easter, open cellars in Věstonice, Pálava vintage, etc., please expect an increased price.
For some long weekends, we only offer stays of 3 or more nights.
During summer holidays, we primarily offer stays of more nights, the day of arrival is not decisive. Shorter dates are available on an ongoing basis, subject to availability.
The accommodation price includes tourist fees to the municipality (25 CZK / person / night), energy, rental of bed linen, towels, dishcloths, hairdryer and other small items that are available to guests not only in the apartments.
We will offer you a specific price after sending the inquiry form.
In selected dates, we reserve the possibility of renting for a certain number of nights – e.g. Easter, weekends extended by a public holiday, etc.
Booking conditions and accommodation rules
The accommodation order is binding only after a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is credited to our account, if the order is made more than 30 days before the requested date. In a shorter period, the order is binding after the full amount for the accommodation is credited.
We will send you instructions for paying the deposit together with the confirmation of receipt of the reservation. If you have paid a deposit, you will pay the remaining part of the payment upon arrival when registering in the guest book.
Upon arrival, we will also ask for a refundable security deposit of CZK 2,000. If no damage is found on the day of your departure, we will refund the entire amount.
Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid ID card or passport. Guests can arrive from 4 to 7 p.m.
On the day of departure, please vacate the rooms by 10 a.m. If you need to store luggage for a later departure, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Visitors from people who are not staying with us are not allowed. It is not possible to move furniture or other equipment in the apartments without prior agreement. The use of hammocks, grills and other equipment in the garden is at the guests’ own risk.
Please use the equipment in the apartments and the garden only for their intended purpose.
Please do not walk around in your shoes in the apartments. If you do not bring slippers, we will be glad to lend you a hygienically laundered pair.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments, our cats live with us in the garden. If you do not like cats, please consider whether they will mind the garden. Likewise, please do not let our cats into the apartments and please do not feed them.
Please be respectful of the other guests and observe the nighttime quiet hours of 23:00-06: 00 (11 pm – 6 am). In case you cause a disturbance and receive a fine from the local authorities, note that you are obliged to pay the fine.
Visits by persons not staying at Bona Terra are not possible. An exception can only be made with the owner of the accommodation.
The entire property is non-smoking. This also applies to electronic cigarettes. Smokers have one place in the garden.
Guests are obliged to comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules. In the event of a gross violation of the rules, we as the operator have the right to withdraw from the agreement on the provision of accommodation services and terminate the guest’s stay early.
The provisions of these accommodation rules shall not affect the application of other legal regulations.
Cancellation conditions
If you cancel your booking in writing more than 30 calendar days before your stay, we will refund you a 50% deposit. Cancellations must be made in writing to: info@bona-terra.cz.
