Traditional costume feast of Horní Věstonice
Every year, usually the first weekend in August, the village of Horní Věstonice and the Věstonická chasa cordially invite you to a traditional costume feast. From Friday to Sunday, you can expect a lot of experiences – maypole making and dulcimer music on Friday, Saturday and Sunday march of the village chasa, evening feast entertainment.
Open cellars in Věstonice
Taste the slopes of Pálava! And don’t forget to book your accommodation in time for this attractive date. In June and November, wine cellars in Horní and Dolní Věstonice open so you can taste what was grown directly below Pálava. Please note – the number of tickets is limited and we recommend booking your accommodation in time. Transport between Horní and Dolní is provided, but a short walk will certainly do you good, the villages are really close to each other.

Pálava Wine Harvest Mikulov
A festival of wine, gastronomy and culture with a long tradition, a prestigious wine competition, an exclusive artistic program, which is held annually on the second weekend of September.
